Evaluation of Objectives Increased technology integration Integration technology improves efficiency and effectiveness in overall business operations. The bakery business’ (apostrophe needed) main objective is to ensure integration of technology in all aspects of the business. Integration ranges from computers, mobilesmobile applications, and network communication systems to point of sale systems and database management systems. Integration of technology into the business will allow proper organization and sharing of business data across departments drastically saving energy and time needed to look up and verify information. Furthermore, synchronization of systems and sharing a single database means that there is no longer a neededneed to reenter data manually every time thus minimizing the window for error and increasing productivity.

The first objective of technology integration is to increase profits by 10 percent by cutting production costs by 10 percent. Technology systems reduces operational costs through automation of systems thus saving on human labor cost. For instance, implementation of virtual chat bots to respond to customer queries and guide customers on how to navigate through our website and make orders, would reduce the need to have a human labor to do the work, which would cost the company money for wages. The second objective of integrating technology into the business is to ensure effective and real time management of customer information, business information, marketing information and employees’ information.
