Over time, it became evident that she was manipulating figures in reports sent to clients, exaggerating the success of our campaigns to boost her standing within the company. Although I understood the pressures of the job and the desire to impress both management and clients, her actions put the organization’s integrity at risk. Reporting inflated statistics could mislead our clients and damage our reputation if discovered, ultimately impacting our business relationships and revenue.
