There are many different versions of Microsoft Windows out in the market. Windows has the option for other programs to run smoothly within their interfaces. This makes Windows one of the easiest and largest platforms in the world.
The operating systems (OS), controls the hardware of a base computer making the components work within all programs on the base computer. All programs on a computer are tied to the operating system for the programs to run properly within their own software. The operating system helps to launch, manage, organize, and transfer data within its programs. Apple computers operate on their own operating system called Mac OS. This operating system within Apple products manages the personal computer and workstations with their own features and additional upgrades allow the operating system to have interfaces with special characteristics.
In today’s world most everyone has a smartphone, smart devices, and supercomputers. These things can run off an operating system called Linux. The Linux operating system has been around for over 20 years and is in every country around the world. Without the Linux operating system then the internet would not run to the capacity that it operates in our daily lives. Linux is probably the best and most worry free operating system in the market.
All the while Apple again has an operating system of their own called Apple iOS. This operating system is what runs their iPhones, iPads, and anything mobile with Apple. The iOS has multiple updates to keep their system running smoothly, but at times these upgrades can have hiccups that cause their users issues with their phones or devices. I find that Android is a better operating system than Apple iOS and have less issues since switching to it. The Android system is an open source which means that smart device developers do not have to pay Google to use it, they can use the operating system freely.
This means that there are well known brands of mobile devices that can use the Android operating system and even small companies with budget friendly phones can offer the Android operating system for their devices. Recommendations for Modifying BambooHR

2. Enhanced Analytics Dashboard: Provide an advanced analytics dashboard to offer deeper insights into performance metrics, employee satisfaction trends, and turnover rates. This will give HR a greater ability to make data-driven decisions.
3. Customizable Performance Review Process: Enhancing the performance review module to allow for more customization in the feedback process and the inclusion of KPIs tailored to XYZ Corporation's goals can lead to more relevant employee assessments (Armstrong & Taylor, 2014).
Conclusion
Selecting the right HRIS is imperative for optimizing HR functions within an organization. Given the evaluation of SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, and OrangeHRM, BambooHR is the most suitable choice for XYZ Corporation due to its user-friendly design, affordability, and core functionalities that meet the needs of a smaller organization. By implementing the recommended modifications, XYZ Corporation can help ensure that their HRIS effectively supports its operational goals while also facilitating employee engagement and development.
