Kabbeh Zaizay I watched Keep Your Goals to Yourself†by Derek Sivers and 5 Ways to Kill Your Dreams†by Bel Pesce. The main points covered in these videos were (1) If you do not share your goals without shutting them down in the process. (2) five simple ways to sabotage ourselves on our way to reaching our dreams. After watching these videos, I realized that you could kill your own dreams and goals. When we are looking for approval for our goals through others, we can set ourselves up for failure. It means we are waiting for external approval to give us a boost.
The encouragement may or may not come. And it if doesn’t we will quickly lose focus and ready to give up. When we are looking to make lasting change, it is much better when we motivate ourselves. So, what goal really means for me, and how it will feel when I achieve it. Not what will everyone say.
