The target market will be women in the United States aged between 21-40 years. Currently, most women in the United States aspire to be fit and avoid the risks that result from being overweight. For a long time, people considered exercising the best way of reducing weight and keeping fit. However, the right food is crucial for attaining the best results. Therefore, there is a need to develop a meal timetable to improve one's nutrition by making healthier choices and eating high-quality foods.

In short, having the right meal plan is an important tool to supplement strenuous exercise to achieve the best results in keeping fit.

My product is a diet plan to help complement the exercises most women engage in to keep fit. Generally, living a healthy lifestyle comprises both eating the right foods and having regular exercise. The diet plan will help one know what to eat, how to eat it, and when to eat it for maximum health maintenance. In sum, the diet plan will help one reap the optimal nutritional value from food.

Online presence is a necessity for any business dealing in health-related issues. I will use social media sites such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Skype as the main media to reach the target market. These platforms are crucial as they provide two-way communication with the clients in case clients need clarifications.

My Lead Capture System

Leads in marketing are the identification of the data from the potential buyers concerning the products and services being offered. From my company, the lead will be captured through media. This social media includes both print media and social media. The print media includes posters where the buyers will see the product and then comment. The social media involves using the platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Through these platforms, the company will collect data from the buyers concerning the products and services.

My Lead Nurturing System

The methods used to keep in contact with the media lead are regular updates on the media. These updates will inform the clients of the new company's products and services along with getting the latest responses from them. Another method is using pop-up ads on the lead. This prompts the customer about the products and services along with providing their data for the products and services.

My Sales Conversion Strategy

In using social media leads to pay the customers, I will use the following methods: First, encouraging them to post the products on their walls; the customer with the highest views will receive a 50% discount on the posted product. Secondly, encouraging customers to post videos of how they have been using their products and services for bettering their daily lives. The persons with this will receive a bonus on the specified product. Thirdly, giving the company products like branded t-shirts at occasional events. When the customers receive these, they will feel rewarded.

The current financial condition will outline assets, liabilities, and expected future expenses. Projected sales and expenses will include detailed forecasts for the next 2-5 years, showing expected sales and anticipated costs.

Capital Allocation

The capital required to grow the business over the next 5 to 10 years will detail the financial needs, expected profit from additional capital, and how the money will be allocated to facilitate growth.
