What two conditions must be met for a molecule to be a dipole? net be the overall charged t) bend polarity e qual to o

Explanation / Answer

miscible it is nothing but  the property of substances to mix in all proportions forming a homogeneous solution. The term is most often applied to liquids, but applies also to solids and gases. Water and ethanol, for example, are miscible because they mix in all proportions

polar bonds generally it is a covalent bond between two atoms where the electrons forming the bond are unequally distributed. This causes the molecule to have a slight electrical dipole moment where one end is slightly positive and the other is slightly negative.

polar molecules over all dipole of the molecule

conditions must be met for a molecule to be a dipole

the molecule must have at least one polar bond or one lone pair on thecentral atom.

If there are more than one polar bond, they must be arranged in away that their dipoles do not cancel. The same applies for lonepairs.
