Concetration is defined as the no of moles of solute/Volume of solution (in L). The solution concentration would be diluted if it is stored in a wet containter. The water on the walls of the wet container adds to the volume of the solution. So if the volume of the solution increases, the concentration decreases and the solution exists diluted than it should be.
