The documents which are designed with proper font size with images in a graphic format provide adequate amount of information and the concept is clearly explained. In case of a problem,the steps are explained step by step using diagrams,making the problem simple. Appropriate ise of white spaces,tables etc are available in thia typw of document. Difference between the problem and solution can be easy caught.
The documants which are written in a simple and ordinary format give a sort of akward look as both the question and answer are similar to each other. The use of proper white spaces,diagrams,graphics,tables etc are not available in this type of document. It is very simple but does not give a pointing appearence to learn from it.
