I have this so far just needs to be 150 more words.
1) There’s 88 keys, 52 white and 36 black are what comprise my favorite instrument of the orchestra, the piano. Piano is a very unique as well as a complex instrument. With its complexity and ability it has a great range of producing tones. The instrument has a special quality that, even if you were not a great piano player, the instrument would help you produce brilliant sounds. The science involved behind the instrument makes it very unique in itself.
2) The elegant look and the melodious voice was very intimidating for me to learn the piano. The control of the volumes over the multiples tones played at the same time makes this instrument unique and likable
. 3) In the orchestra, the piano usually supports the harmony but it is also used to play melody.
Explanation / Answer
The working of piano is very unique, people doesnt realize that it is an string instrument, when you press the keys, it triggers an hammer which hits the strings, producing different sounds.
interesting fact about piano:
-The piano has more strings than any other string instrument. Although it has strings but it is classsified as percusssion instrument rather than a string instrument because the strings are strcuked rather than plucked.
- piano is grouped into various types of instruments, it is ofcourse a keyboard instrument, as discussed above it is a percussion instrument, a string instrument, every one of these classification is correct. The piano is truly an extraordinary instrument with several aspect making it rather special.
Role in an orchetra
Though it is an solo instrument, it is considered most ideal for accompaniment, alomst every jazz and classical singer and instrumentalist is accompanied by a pianist.In fact the piano itself can substitute for an entire orchestra.
