Fast

please give me evey answer. Thanks.

North

Explanation / Answer

1. The Ocean currents under the trade wind flows from East to West.

2. The Ocean currents under the prevailing westerlies flows from West to East

3. Wind driven ocean currents are deflected by continental barriers to form gyres. Equator is the one latitude where there are no continental barriers.

4. At Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn the Ocean Gyres centerd.

5. Warm water is transported towards the poles on West side of the ocean basins. The reason is western boundary currents are warm currents so they carry warm water.

6. Cold water is transported towards the equator on East side of the ocean basins. The raeson is, Eastern boundary currents are shallow and they carry cold water.

7. Due to Coriols effect, Ocean gyres flows in clockwise direction in the Northern hemishpere.

8. Due to Coriolis effect, Ocean gyres flows in conter clockwise direction in the Southern hemisphere.

9. The surface current near Tokyo, Japan is Fast.
