Explanation / Answer
1) US immigration is if limited then it would lead to a situation where a large amount of people who seek to migrate to the country would be adversely affected as USA is the country where people are migrating at a fast pace in order to search for the job opportunities but this search of jobs not only benefits them but also the organization that exist in the country.
When we go with the facts we find that almost 43 million of immigrants living in USA. By immigration a pool of worker who are willing to work at a low rate of wage is created which helps in lowering the price of the consumer goods also.
Though due to several reason the migration to the USA is being limited but the other side of the coin i.e. the contribution made by an immigrant are over looked as many of them establish company, create job, and drive innovations. Immigration makes a more innovative, flexible, and productive economy, leading to new and better jobs .
2) The single most important issue in the debate of migration is that the migrats that do come to the country is not merely because they wanted to come but also due to the fact that they are required here by large number of sectors. The sectors likeagriculture, construction, low tech manufacturing, and services are demanding huge amount of these migrants. These are the industry which require cheap labour and the average American who is educated is reluctant to work in these sectors at cheap rates. This issue is important than any other as in a case the immigration are limited then such issues should be bought in limelight that how will sectors fulfil there labour requirement once the migration limitation is imposed.
3)the best policy to deal with this issue is to letting those migrate who are having a sufficient role to perform which cant be performed by the resident and whereas finding the void which would be created due to fall in the no. of semi skilled workers which were willing to work at a comparatively lower wages. And letting the immigrants come in with proper security measure which will also fulfil the security issues in the country.
