1. I have a problem solver style person. My score is 10.

2. Yes I agree with the result because in a situation of conflict I always try to focus on solution of the problem rather than judging who is right or wrong.

3. No none of the scores surprise me as I believe the style and score goes hand in hand.

4. In module 4 i was identified as a person who prefer to speak rather than ignoring or waiting for others to take the initiation. I prefer to convey what is there is my mind to others.
