In Japan health insurance is in hand of Government but in American it is in private hands.

In Japan it is financed through public sector but in America it is financed through private person.

Services provided in Japan are cheap. Here 20 beds are essential for hospital and it should be managed by physican only . He have to work for no profit basis .In Japan health care is free for its citizens. Medical treatment is provided through universal health care .In Japan only 10% population does not take insurance. In Japan 30% of premium is to be paid by individual and rest 70% by government .Due to proper and cheap health care system life expectancy in Japan is higer.

In America health care system is totally in private hand . It is expensive .In America mostly people does not take insurance cover . In America there is no such universal insurance coverage.So people avoid treatment and here life expectancy is lower than Japan.
