Explanation / Answer
As a director, I would love to announce that Southwest Airlines has been doing good for many years and we are among the few airlines who are generating profit in this industry. We have believed in providing best services to our customer but keeping in mind the all our employees have a nice time working with us. So, our goal will always be to provide the best to our customer and to our employees.
Moving forward there are some action plan we are looking forward. We are deciding to expand our business in other countries. We are going international! We believe that we have somehow trapped the domestic market and we need to expand further by entering into the international market. For this we bill be using the different aircraft and not the same one named being 737. We are moving ahead from the LCC concept to the luxurious airplane mode.
For this we will be needing huge investments for will we will try to raise moving through IPO. The details about the dates and other things will soon be released on media. Internally we are trying to hire new employees. We have always believed in retention than on hiring and hence our churn rate has always been the lowest in the Industry. But due to this explanation of the business we will be hiring quite a few people in different domain of expertise. Along with this we want to market our self in the other countries so that people is cognizant to our presence. The investment will be huge and we are expecting good revenues. We believe we will reach breakeven fast.
Other than this a few couple of renovation is needed which will be taken care by the junior authority.
