Raising ticket prices will eliminate the problem of unscrupulous ticket scalpers as ticket scalpers resells tickets to earn quick profit but increase in tickets’ prices will require high investment by scalpers and apart from it when the tickets’ price rise then there is less chance that people will buy from scalpers as the prices are already high and buying from scalpers will add extra cost to the tickets hence raising tickets’ price is an effective measure to mitigate the problem due to unscrupulous ticket scalpers.
