Compliance means obey all the legal rules and regulation of land in regards to mange business, staff and treatment towards customers. The companies ensure the compliance is to be followed by writing its policies in line with legal law applicable to a particular business. It is one of the major KRA of the senior management to create a process or system so that they can easily monitor it. In most of the companies, it is a big department in itself which takes care of business compliance and ensures that company is making all its revenue within the ambit of laws. In Healthcare insurance industry, there are various process that have well written guidelines in the government rule book like claim settlement etc. Such companies have to ensure that all the rules were followed, all related documents have been collected, and amount has been disbursed. In order to ensure the smooth function at operation level without any deviation from law, compliance officer are present who ensure that all rules should be followed in disbursing the claim amount to the customers. Senior management takes a close look at it and suggests new improvements to make it more effective. It is the responsibility of the manger to implement it effectively in every department thus various kinds of training were given to the operational staff so that compliance quotient can be improved.The employees can do certification in order to have better understanding of the framework on which compliance activities are designed.
