I have an assignment in which i have to critical analysis on an australian engineering based organization. The organization is one that has to be facing some problematic conditions in the current moment of time.

I am having problem finding a suitable engineering organization of the essay. I am looking for some suggestion of organizations and some background pertaning to the current running conditions.

The second assessment will be a 2500 word essay due at the start of the Week 10 (6th October 2015). This is an individual submission. It will be a critical analysis of a current Australian engineering based organization currently experiencing turbulent operating conditions. According to Chris Walton the Chief Executive of the Association Of Professional Engineers, Scientists And Managers, the major problem of engineering based organisations facing challenging operating conditions is due to lack skilled engineers in the country.

Among the skills in short supply are :- instrumentations and control engineers, manufacturing plant managers,p power engineering and safety managers, production managers.
