Major challenges facing diversity of culture and Gender in the work place

        Taking full advantage of the benafitof diversity in the workplace is not without its challenges.Some challenges are given below;

1)Communication:-perceptual,culture and language barriers need to be overcome for diversity programe is succeed.Ineffective communication leeds to lack of team work confusion etc..

2)Resistance to change:-there are always employees who will refuse to accept the fact that social and cultural makeup of their workplace is changed,

3)Implementation of diversity in the work place policies:-this can be the overriding challenge all the diversity advocates.Armed with the result of employee assesment and research data,they must build and impliment a costomise strategy to maximise the effect of diversity the workplace for their percular organisation.

4)Succesful management:-A strategy must be created and implimented to create a cultural diversity.

Major advantages to utilise diversity in the posission of leadership.

                               Increased productivity,increased creativity and problem solving,attract and retain talent,to build a effective communication etc..
