Are Cell Phones Dangerous?
Over 1 billion people worldwide own or use cell phones. Every day, the majority of us use a cell phone.However, cell phones are not risk-free. Using a cell phone triggers the production of EMR, or electromagnetic radiation, which is a dangerous sort of energy wave produced by many modern appliances which surround us in our everyday lives. Further, frequent users of cell phones are facing several problems in their lives and also reducing their family time. Therefore, cell phones have an adverse effect both on health and personal life.
Today there are more than two billion cell phone users being exposed every day to the dangers of electromagnetic radiation (EMR)—dangers government regulators and the cell phone industry refuse to admit exist. Included are: genetic damage, brain dysfunction, brain tumors, and other conditions such as sleep disorders and headaches. A leading international group of researchers now says that cell phones may be carcinogenic to humans. Several studies focusing on the relationship between use of cell phones, cancer, and brain tumors. Some of those studies focused specifically on the relationship between use of cell phones and gliomas (a malignant type of brain tumor).
