Unemployment occurs when a worker who is not currently employed is searching for a job without success. Unfortunately any kind of unemployment is not good. Structural unemployment is excepted as technology grows. Some jobs disappear because computers can take the place of human and other jobs need more of a technology friendly user. This doesn’t mean that a seasoned employee can be trained to move with times and contribute to a “newer economy”.
In frictional unemployment can delay matching up workers with available jobs in their area. This doesn’t mean the economy is worse. It just means there is a shift in employment and some business may be doing better than others. So displace workers can find employment in a business needing new hires. A great way to speed this process along are new website sites like LinkedIn that link jobs with matching skilled employees.
In cyclical unemployment recessions and problem in economic situations occur. This is the worst kind of unemployment because it has a huge effect on our economy second to GDP. If businesses are slowing down, there are layoffs and no available jobs. The government helps with unemployment benefits but this amount of money couldn’t possibly be enough to cover family and household expenses. The government provides you with enough money not to be homeless.
Some people need to take any job during this bad economic time to keep their families afloat. The quicker we can get out of a recession the faster people can go back to work. My stepfather and all his co-workers were laid off at the space center right after the “Great Recession”, a lot of their stay at home wives went out to work to help their families. Luckily for my stepfather his skills learned at the space center help him find a great new job. That didn’t happen for all his fellow co-workers.

We know that unemployment is the serious problem faced by the world economy. Every country is trying to solve this problem. But in the real sense it cannot be solved sooner. When we consider that the rapid growth of population is the main reason for unemployment. When population increases then government unable to provide the sufficient level of employment. The above discussing unemployment like structural,frictional and cyclical unemployment is not good at the economy.
We know that the in the recent years the educated unemployment is increased. It is beacuse the youth who are educated but not have any technical qualification. Now a days the searching of a job is not a problem. But every firms are looking for highly qualified candidates. But the interesting fact that the people who are educated but not have the right skill for the employment. So the government will trying to skill their unemployed youth. At the time of education the gvernment will take a policy of increasing skill of the youth. This will decreasing the level of unemployment in the economy.
