Sir Cyril Chantler once stated, "Medicine used to be simple, ineffective, and relatively safe. Now it is complex, effective, and dangerous." What do you think of this statement in terms of your experiences working in the field of health care and/or allied services? (Please be concise.) Why is organizational learning so important in health care today? What does empowerment imply under CQI? Please refer to Chapter 10 of our text. State what is meant by Medical Error, and list medical error countermeasures, citing an example of how any of these strategies are being applied within your organization (or within an organization you know).

According to my experience the statement is true.
Now a day’s people depend too much on medicine. People don’t wait for body’s natural healing processes. When a particular medicine is taken once by a patient, sometime it becomes a habit.
Many of today’s medicine have lot of side effects. When someone take a particular medicine for a long time , it may lead to another illness.
