Based on what you have learned in class and your own research, readings, and experience, I would like for you to focus on the following:
1. What do you see as the top three issues or challenges facing the Public Health Workforce?
2. What policy changes or responses will be needed to address these issues/challenges?
3. What changes in workforce composition, training, and/or strategies (eg, new or strengthened collaborations, for example) are needed to address these issues/challenges (ie, to collect the data to create the policies and test the interventions fostered by such policies)?
