The mission statement was not correlated between the Organization. In a profit Organization, the performance was significantly and positively related to mission statement whereas non-profit organization develop mission statement at their satisfied levels with the greatest benefit to their organization.

Managers may want to change their criteria that included in the organizational mission, vision, and value statement to obtain maximum benefit. The variation between the mission, vision, and value statement among the profit and non-profit organization should be rectified.
