Reachable to everybody in every emergency.

First aid can be given immediately and stable the patients then move them into multi speciality hospitals

May not treatable acute severe conditions

Lack of all the facilities, equipment and infrastructure

Difficult to find more specialised doctors from all the departments.

Security need to improved

Opportunities:

Employment opportunity increases for the health people such as doctors, nurses, technicians, and more

We can gets funds in terms of land for construction of micro hospital from the governments

Patient attender may easily absuse the staff since there is no proper support from the management, it is not a main branch.

If someone die in an emergency they will come for the fight on staff. and some time thay attempt to spoil the unit very easily

2Ans:

SWOT analysis needs to be done by in the following ways

After researching micro hospitals and their facilities i have performed SWOT analysis and found their strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats pertainting to it. Mico hospitals are cost effective, provides first aid services, they also have laboratory facilities and radilogy like X-ray and CT scan. But it can not treat the people who requires acute care. But it also perform minor surgeris like appedectomy, some procedures like endoscopy, dental procedures, fluid drain from the lungs and stomach etc. Micro hospitals needs to be build in every where reachable to eery population at least one hospital every 3Kms. For this government would definately arrange the land, banks may give loans to construct it. Secure the micro hospital with cc cam and certain guidelines to be followed by evrybody including staff and others, inorder to avoid threatable situations on the staff and the hospital.
