I would like to focus on training. I believe that becoming a productive participating member of any company and job performance of the individual is the first ingredient of a successful business. The training of the trainer is vital to having a profitable and lasting company. The identification of a consulting firm and the prescriptions for success in an economic downturn sheds light upon the possibility of such a change is necessary to keep businesses profitable. I think that learning effectively requires planning, imaginative thinking and creative problem solving skills. Motivation and encouraging is the heart and soul of finding the right fit for people and companies. According, to Abraham Maslow’s theory “hierarchy of human needs “the notion that needs occur in priority order, with the biological needs as the most basic.
