Defining requirements for user peerformance and satisfaction involves three related activities analysing the context of use, defining task scenarios, and specifying testable requirements for effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction for each scenario. Evaluating usuability requirements needs a carefully designed usuability test with atleast 8 representative users carrying out realistic tasks.

Usuability test to support the purchasing process:

Usuability testing is a technique used to evaluate the product by testing it on users. Usability testing focusses on measuring a human made products capacity to meet its intended purpose. Usuability testing measures the usuability or ease of use, of a specific object or set of objects. The initial design should be planned, then the test goal should be formulated and includes formative tests and summative tests like product improvement and usuabilty assessment and verification.
