Explanation / Answer
I have considered Option 2 for the Discussion beacuse other 2 options are very broad topic and can not be discussed in 1 session. So, the answer for option 2 is as below:
Eczema or Dermatitis is a group of diseases that majorly results in itchy inflammation of the skin.
It is a group of conditions that includes Atopic Dermatitis, Allergic contact Dermatitis, Irritant contact Dermatitis, Stasis Dermatitis etc. The exact cause of dermatitis is often unclear but the cases are believed to be involvement of combination of irritation, poor venous return, allergy etc.
It’s a very common group of diseases to be occurred in India i.e. as per survey its more the 10 million cases per year.
Signs & Symptoms:
Dermatitis symptoms vary with all different forms of the condition. They range from skin rashes or bumpy rashes or even including blisters. Although every type of dermatitis has different symptoms, there are certain signs that are common for all of them, that including redness of the skin, swelling, itching and skin lesions with oozing and scarring. Even the area of the skin on which the symptoms appear tends to be different for the type of dermatitis i.e. depending upon the place of occurrence like neck, thigh, ankle, forearm etc. Although the location may vary, the primary symptom of this condition is itchy skin.
Although the symptoms of atopic dermatitis vary from person to person, the most common symptoms are dry, itchy, red skin.
Treatment:
Treatment depends on severity

The concomitant administration of known CYP3A family of inhibitors in patients with widespread and/or erythrodermic disease should be done with caution. Some examples of such drugs are erythromycin, itraconazole, ketoconazole, fluconazole, calcium channel blockers and cimetidine.
