Consider these questions when conducting your interview:
What does the interpersonal relationship provide to that person?
What are the risks of that close relationship? What have been the rewards?
What do they want out of that relationship? What do they need?
What parts of the relationship do they value? Which do they dislike?

An interpersonal relationship is a strong deep or close association or acquaintance between two or more people that may range in duration from brief to enduring.According to the intervies done most of the people speak about their families and it varied from families to friends ,marriage,relation with associates,neighbourhood,place of worship etc.Three sources that relate to this discussion of relationships are:Relationship satisfaction,Adult attachment and attachment theory,dominance and negativity.
Relationship satisfaction:Most of the people were highly satsfied with their relationship but few are not.
Adult attachment and attachment theory:Healthy relationships are build on a foundation of secure attachments,adult attachment represent an internal set of expectations and preferences regarding realtionship intimacy that guide behaviour.Secure adult attachment ,characterised by low attachemnt related avoidance and anxiety has numerous benefits.Most of the cases observed are characterised by low avoidance of intimacy and low anxiety,over abandonment.
Dominance and negativity:Dominance and negativity describes a larger society feelings that are main causes of relationship they value or dislike.If two pwople are dominant in their respective fields ,it leads to negativity in their realationship.
