Focusing on strengths can help each team member contribute to solving conflict and building team unity. For your first post: Research common problems that can arise among groups. Explain in four or five sentences what can cause the specific or general problem. In addition, explain what impact that conflict can have on group cohesion as well as productivity. Group :-

It is define as the a collection of individuals who have regular contact and frequent intracinter , mutual influence , common feeling of comaraderie, and who worked together to achieve a common set of goals.

General problems among the group:-

Due to the nature of working in team , group members can sometimes find that they are working effectively ,which negative impact on their progress and ability to be success.

Some common problems identify by individuals working in teams are :-

- Tasks not beeing completed by deadline.

- Difficult to get started

- ideas are not throughly discussed as a team.

- Members not contributing

- ineffective communication

- conflict between team members

- Domineering personality

- Inability to focus on task.

STRENGTHS OF GROUP :-

-Students find it fun to work in groups therefore they are more likely to cooperate with your instructions.

-Students will notify you of those who are loafing within the group. Some times with individual work a teacher could miss this. Thus it gives you the opportunity to question them and get them on task.

-Students able to take ownership of the subject matter.

-Students develop communication and teamwork skills.

-students work together and "teach" each other. This improves understanding through additional discussion and explanation.

-Students can work together to pool their expertise, knowledge and skills.

-Students hold one another responsible and accountable.
