Please help. I tried reading through others that have answered this but all seemed to have certain assumptions that I didn't know. Please assume I know nothing. lol.
Mary is an avid game show fan and one of the contestants on a popular game show. She spins the wheel and after 1.5 revolutions the wheel comes to rest on a space that has a $1500.00 prize. If the initial angular speed of the wheel is 3.50 rad/s, find the angle through which the wheel has turned when the angular speed is 1.90 rad/s.

apply the kinamtic equation in rotational motion as
wf^2 - Wi^2 = 2 a theta
from first condn
angular accleration a = 3.5^2/(2*1.5*2pi)
a = 0.649 rad/s^2
now for 2nd condition use wf^2 = wi^2 + 2a theta
theta = 3.5^2 - 1.9^2/(2* 0.649)
theta = 6.65 rad
1 rev = 2pi radians
6.65 re v= 6.64/2pi
= 1.05 radians
