a)   when 'w' tends to 0 , the capacitor provides infinite resistance to the current . and hence no current flows. so Vout =0

when 'w' tends to infinity , the capacitor provides 0 resistance to the current . and hence maximum current flows in the circuit such that Vout = Vs
