Personally I do not think there is a fine line between technology and human innovation. These two are essentially the same thing and are oftentimes used synonymously with one another. I say this because new technology is based on our speculations/imagination and our ability to put our ideas into fruition. We are limited by our capabilities and those capabilities just happen to be what our past ideas have created. Therefore, I do not think there is a fine line between technology and human innovation.
I think human innovation has always been dependent on technology and current issues. It makes sense because nobody goes out of their way to create a weapon if war wasn't an idea on everybody's mind. I solely believe if North Korea didn't have intentions of violence, they wouldn't be testing weapons in the ocean. Obviously the biggest issue today is medical care and I do believe all of our recent developments have been reliant on the technology we already have, and in the case we don't, we try and develop it ourselves. That's the greatest thing about human innovation. We are constantly pushing ourselves beyond our limitless potential. But yes, human innovation is completely dependent on technology.
Explanation / Answer
Human innovation and technology always go hand in hand. As the saying goes, "necessity is the mother of invention", only those things which we need or imagine can be made. Recent technological advancements has made the human life on earth a lot easier when compared to a century before but at the same time, it came at a cost of pollution and stressful life. Artificial intelligence is going to replace men in those works involving repeated automation like in manufacturing industries and automobiles. Many people will lose their jobs but at the same time the production cost would come down and products would be available in the market at a much cheaper price.
