1) According to table Mrs. King is overweight..

BMI - weight in kg/ height in meter

Mrs king weight- 160 pound - 72.575 kg

height- 5' 4- 1.626 meter

so her BMI -- 72.575/ 1.626= 44.63

B) YES mrs. king should have a goal to lose weight because--

*overweight cause so many disease like heart disease and stroke so she should lose weight to prevent from all these diseases.

*She should lose weight because overweight hurt her joints, so she move less. less joint loading means muscle weakness.

* another important reason to lose weight is good sleep she can sleep better because it help regulate metabolism, harmone system and more.

*overweight people have altered taste perception leading to eat more by losing weight she will end up craving less high sugar and high fat food.

*losing weight can meet a healtheir , more responsive, more robust immune system.

*finally losing weight causes a good size of body which help in self confidence and charming personality.

C) BMR - 44.63

TEF - Means THERMIC EFFECT OF FOOD there is not tried method for figuring out how many calories your body burns while digesting food the general formula is multiplying to total calories consumed by 10%.
