Ans)The abundance of proteins that is used to build the tight junctions of the proteins that it is responsible that it was due to the higher presence of the cAMP that leads to the building of the tight junctions.Intracellular and extracellular factors regulate the transepithelial barrier established by tight junctions. These regulators include hormones such as vasopressin and aldosterone and cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor that act through second messengers (eg, Ca2+ and cyclic adenosine monophosphate [cAMP]. So the tighting of the junction didn't depend on the CTX but When visualized using freeze-fracture, they appear as continuous intramembrane particle strands in the protoplasmic face with complimentary grooves in the extracellular face when adjacent cells are viewed. Thats why the abundance of the protein is a worry of the Ca2+ ions and the working is dependent on the the cAMP and the CTX .
