so net force will be
F = Fab + Fac
F = K( qa*qb/r1 + qa*qc/r2 )

r2 = sqrt(0.2^2 + 0.2^2)
F = 9*10^9( ((6*10^-6 * -2*10^-6)/0.2^2) + ((6*10^-6 * -4.40*10^-6)/(0.2^2 + 0.2^2)^2) )
