Explanation / Answer

A- During 2013-2014 , the total of 42 water which is associated with outbreak which were reported to CDC , which in resulting of 1,006 cases of illness ,130 hospitalization , and 13 deaths . Legionella which is responsible for the 57% of outbreaks , and 13% of illness and chemicals and toxins and parasites together tlcounted for 29% of out breaks , & 79% of illness . Also , outbreaks caused by parasites which result in 289 caes among which 10 were caused by Giardia Duodenalis.

B- Provision , of safe water in United State is vital for protecting public health . All public agencies in US States , & territories a report on the information of water bone disease outbreak to CDC through/by National Outbreak Reporting System (NORS). Where As in 2013-2014 , 43 drinking water associated , outbreaks are reported , on counting atleast 1,006 cases of illness , 125 hospitalziation , and 13 deaths . Legionella which is associated with 57% of these outbreaks and all of death. 69% percent of the reported illness occured in 4 outbreaks in which the etiology was determined to be either a chemical or toxin or the parasite.

C- The first of the report in 2013 & 2014 , indicates chemicals , pathogen & toxins causing 42 distinct drinking water associated outbreaks in 19 states which were than finally reprted to the CDC.

D- CDC collects the foodbrone & waterbrone disease data which is directly reported to all US States & territories thorugh FOOD BRONE DISEASE OUTBREAK SURVILLANCE (FBDOS)& WATER BRONE DISEASE OUTBREAK SURVIllANCE SYSTEM(WBDOSS). These 2 system are the primary source of data describing the number of illness , hospitalization ,Etiological agent , & other factors associated with recognized by foodbrone disease & waterbrone disease outbreak in united state.

E- Despite advance in water management and sanitation , waterbrone diseases outbreak continue to occur in united states . CDC collect all the data water brone diseases outbreak which is summited from all the States and territories by water brone disease and outbreak survillenace system.

E- Some of the infectious disease can be spread due to the deficinecy associated with realted cases of illness through water in united state in 2013-2014 is ----a - Chemical in water also affect our health , b- pesticides can damage the nervous system as well as can cause cancer beacause of the caebonate & organophosphate , c- Nirates are especially dangerous to babies which drink fromula milk. d- Lead can damage the central nervous system e- arsenic can cause liver damage.
