Watch the presentation Week 5: Energy and Work. Now think of an interesting event that happened to you yesterday or today and describe the event. Then, starting with the energy in sunlight, describe the different forms that energy transferred into that allowed the event you chose to occur.

Today I had dinner at my friend's house who served me Garlic sauteed Spinach recipe. My friend said that I'll feel more energetic after having Spinach( Like Popye ). After the dinner, I started thinking about the energy transformations:
Solar energy from the Sun is converted by plants into chemical energy ( photosynthesis), which is consumed by us to get Mascular energy.
Coal (Chemical energy)is made of plants (By carbonisation), which is burned(Heat energy) to produce Steam which moves turbines(Mechanical energy) to produce electricity(Electrical energy).
Electrical energy is converted to Sound energy by my phone( playing Eminem)
