Muzzle velocity would simply be the velocity with which the projectile leaves the muzzle of the gun.
It is the toatal initial velocity of the projectile.
Now if X and Y components of the velocity is known.
Initial muzzle velocity can be found as,
v = (vx2+vy2)1/2 = 94.35 m/s
