c1 and c2 are connected in series

so their equivalent capacitance is

c=(c1*c2)/(c1+c2)

= (2*10^-6F*7*10^-6F)/((2*10^-6F)+(7*10^-6F))

=1.555*10^-6F

therefore the equivalent capacitance is 1.6*10^-6F
