On a rainy day, raindrops fall with a vertical velocity of 10.1m/s. If a car drives through the rain at 88.0 km/hr, what is themagnitude of the velocity of the raindrops relative to the car?=2.64×101 m/s

At what angle are the raindrops falling relative to the car? Assumethe direction the car is headed is 0° and down is90°.

How do you find the angle the raindrops are falling relative tocar? I am using tan theta= Ry/Rx. I get 67.5 degrees, but it ismarked wrong.
