He says he believes his heart is skipping beats. His medical history is significant for hypertension and cigarette smoking Physical examination: Weight: 240 lbs. Height: 5'8" Temperature: 37.2°C (99.ooF) Pulse: 55 beats/min Results of physical examination of the thorax Heart rate 55 beats/min and regular Lungs are clear to auscultation Procedures: Anterior posterior chest radiography was normal. EKG shows bradycardia with an increased PR interval and ST-segment elevation in multiple leads including the anterior leads, V1 and V2. Blood tests pending results.Explanation / Answer
