The question says: "The standing waves inside of the Ruben's tube are similar to the standing waves on a string...In class we measured the length of the pipe (2.03m) and the wavelength of the 3rd harmonic of the standing waves in the Ruben's tube (wavelength=1.36m). The frequency is 330hz. Use this information to find the velocity of the sound in the gas used inside the tube." I wasn't sure exactly how to go about doing this, I used the wavelengthn=2length/n with n equal to 3 for the third harmonic but I'm not sure if that's what I'm supposed to do..I got 438.9m/s for my final answer
