Proposal for construction of a new hotel in the area of East Laramine with 700*300 ft dimensions of 6 floors + 3 underground parking facilities to facilitate200 master double bedrooms and two function halls on the 1st floor and all the floors should be made of marble and the walls should be finished with 2 to 3 coats of putty and wall care and prepared with the proper paintings. The foundation should be strong enough to take the all the loads without excessive settlements. Maintainenace should be provided for 5 years from the end of construction of the building.
