Question
This comes from College Physics (8th) by Serway. Chapter 15 problem46:A charge of 200 µC isat the center of a cube of edge 75.0 cm. No other charges are nearby. a) Find the flux through thewhole surface of the cube. b) Find the flux through eachface of the cube. c) Would your answers to parts(a) or (b) change if the charge were not at thecenter?
I understand how to workelectric flux and Gauss's Law but the example we went over in classwas with a sphere (to make the problem simple). Having to work witha cube is messing me up with how to work the problem. Any help willbe greatly appreciated!
