(a)   you are given    f = 30 x109 Hz    and you know that thespeed of light is    c = 3.00 x 108 m/s. .       To find the wavelength, justuse     = c /f        and willbe in meters. . (b) You are given the average power is   20000 Watts, which is   20000 Joules per second. And youare told each pulse lasts    1.0 x10-9 seconds.    So now justuse: .          Energy = power * time        to get the energyfor each pulse in Joules. . (c) You know the area (of a circle) of each pulse.Find the length of each pulse by using speed * time. Then multiplylength and area to get the volume of each pulse. .         the energy densityis just the energy of the pulse (answer to part b) divided by thevolume of the pulse.
