To find the force due to C, you must use Coulomb's Law (Fe=k*q1*q2 / r^2), but this time you'll have to use the Pythagorean Theorem (a^2+b^2=hyp^2) to get the distance between the charges, which is your value for r.  Because your r increases, your force due to that charge should be smaller than the two "side" forces.
