A) Time constant of the ckt = R*C = 1.4 M * 1.8 = 2.52 S B) the max.charge Qmax = C * V = 1.8 * 12 =21.6 C C) Q = C * V so,,V = Q/C = 16 / 1.8 = 8.89V....this means that when charge is 16 C,,the voltage acrosscap = 8.89 V As per capacitor charging formula..
