To whom it may concern, I am doing homework where I have to rank circuits on the basisof their maximum current. I am told that each circuit is driven atis resonance frequency by a 100 Vrms AC power supply. The first circuit has... R= 500 ohms C= 1.0 micro Farads L= 1.5 H
The second circuit has.... R= 1000 ohms C= 0.5 Micro farads L= 2.0 H
and the final circuit has. R= 4000 ohms C= 4 micro farads L= 1.0 H

Given that the circuit is at resonance, so the impedance ispure resistive. So       Z = R The current is inversely proprtional to the impedance ofthe circuit as rms value of voltage is same.         imax =Vo / R              = (Vrms * 2 ) / R          Greater the value of R , lesser the current.
