Background: I have volunteered to help a 9 y/oVietnamese boy with his English. He has been in the statesfor 20 months and taught himself basic English by sitting in theclassroom and listening. I am also trying to help him with othersubjects. He has a science project that is due on May15. This is the topic. Topic: Which would roll further, abasketball or a rubber ball given that their size is the same andwhy? Experiment: First, the balls would be rolled off of onebook, then two, and then three. I realize the weight is alarge factor, but also the 'inertia' behind pushing these balls offof the books. I am not certain how I could get these to haveequal inertia. Thank you in advance. try placing a ramp on top of a book, then two, three, four, etc....and simply placing the balls on the top of the ramp and lettinggravity pull them down. message me if you need any further help with this
