The oscillator that generates the wave completes 40.0vibrations in 30.0 s. Then time period (T) of the wave is T = (30.0s) /(40.0)                                                           =0.75 s Speed (v) is the wave is v = (distance traveled) /(time)                                         = (425cm) / (10.0s)                                         = 42.5 cm/s                                         = 0.425 m/s Then formula for calculating the value of the wavelength ofthe wave is                       = vT                         = (0.425m/s)(0.75s)
